Welcome to The Amazon Xperts. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services, including but not limited to:

- Walmart Automation
- eBay Automation

By accessing our website or signing up for any of our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read them carefully.
Revision Policy
Revisions depend on the selected service package. We offer free revisions as long as the core concept and business model remain unchanged. Revision turnaround time is typically 48 hours. Major changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
Refund Policy
We are committed to client satisfaction and offer refunds under specific conditions:
Eligible for Refund:
- A full refund (minus 10% processing fee) is possible before any service work or strategy has begun.
- A 66% refund is eligible within 48 hours of initial delivery (if no revisions were requested).
- A 33% refund is eligible within 96 hours of delivery (if no revisions were requested).
Not Eligible for Refund:
- After revisions are requested or the project enters the revision phase
- If 96 hours have passed after the initial delivery without any communication
- After final files are delivered or store access is transferred
- If the customer becomes unresponsive for 7 or more working days
- If services have been approved or feedback has been given after delivery
- Refunds are not available for customized packages once work begins
Note: Refunds are not possible if the customer has engaged other agencies for the same service simultaneously or if the request is made in bad faith.

The Amazon Xperts reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Archiving & Reactivation Policy
- Projects inactive for 30+ days will be archived automatically.
- Reactivation requires a written request and a $300 reactivation fee or 30% of the original package price, whichever is higher.
- If you notify us to pause the project in advance, no reactivation fee will apply.
- Maximum hold period is 6 months. After this period, projects will be archived permanently.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for checking your account and email updates. Delays in feedback or communication may affect service timelines and refund eligibility.
Ownership & Rights
All deliverables remain the property of The Amazon Xperts until full payment is received. Upon final delivery and payment, ownership of the business/store is transferred to the client.
In the event of a refund, all rights to the delivered work (including store, content, branding, and files) will remain the property of The Amazon Xperts, and you agree not to use any part of the refunded material.
Copyright & Design Responsibility
All business models, branding, and automation strategies are crafted uniquely for each client. If a resemblance to another business is found, it is purely coincidental. It is the client’s responsibility to register or copyright any branding or visual assets.

We provide 24/7 support via email, chat, or phone, and we respond promptly to all legitimate inquiries.
Dispute & Conduct Policy
Clients and representatives of The Amazon Xperts agree not to defame, slander, or publicly criticize each other on social media, forums, or public platforms during or after any business relationship.
Violations may result in legal action and compensation for damages caused by reputational harm.
Hosting & Domain Policy
- Hosting is provided where applicable and defined in your package
- If you opt out of hosting with us, email services are not included
- Web hosting services are non-refundable after activation
Delivery Policy
- Files and service updates are delivered via email or the client dashboard
- Estimated delivery time for custom automation setups is 5–10 business days, depending on the service
- Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee
Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee
We offer unlimited revisions (within scope) and a 100% satisfaction commitment. If you’re not satisfied with the initial delivery, we’ll revise the work until you are — within your selected package limits.
Data & Privacy
We respect your data. All client information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share client information with third parties for marketing purposes.
